GP Services

Medi7 Bentleigh’s GPs are all trained in the general practice medicine areas listed below. Many of our doctors are also specialists in other areas such as travel medicine, skin cancer, acupuncture, or children’s health.

Management of both adult and childhood asthma. The clinic performs lung function testing (Spirometry) and desensitisation as well as developing individual Asthma Action and Management plans.

Visiting audiology services perform hearing assessments and supply Hearing Aids.

Consultation and monitoring for sleep apnoea.

Assessment of circulation for Chronic Disease Management.

Corporate medicals, driving medicals, pre-employment medicals.

Advice and treatment for iron infusions.

Advice and treatment about concerns such as STI screening, prostate checks, and physical issues.

Health checks including physical check-ups, and tests for lifestyle concerns such as diabetes and cholesterol levels.

Consultations, treatments, referrals, procedures, investigations, and prescriptions.

Provision of all vaccinations in the National Immunisation Program, seasonal influenza, hepatitis B, and travel-specific immunisations.

Advice and treatment on contraception, pap smears, sexual health, pregnancy testing, obstetric shared care, and breast checks.

Worker’s compensation claims. Patients are required to pay for their consultation in full and request reimbursement from their employer. We can also provide care to patients injured from a transport accident. Patients will need to lodge their claims with the TAC.
