Nirav has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree and Post Graduate Physiotherapy in Musculo-skeletal from University of Melbourne. Nirav has worked in acute and rehab hospitals across Australia, local Community Health Centres, in Disability sector, and as a private practitioner.

He has provided treatment to clients with sports/spinal injuries, neurological conditions like Stroke and Parkinson's, Chest Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation post surgeries and treatment and management of neck and lower back conditions.

As a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Nirav has extensive experience in working with clients with chronic and complex conditions.

Yvonne is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is originally from Hong Kong and fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. With Cross cultural sensitivity, she works well with people from a variety of cultures. She is passionate about providing individualised dietary advice to help people meet their nutritional requirements and achieve their health goals. She enjoys travelling, cooking, and trying new recipes. She loves sharing her passion for real food and motivating others to eat well and stay well.

Her areas of interest include:

• Diabetes (Impaired Glucose Tolerance, Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes)

• Food Allergies & Intolerances

Nicholas Usui-Crook graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (osteopathic studies) as well as a Master’s of Osteopathy in 2009, from the University of Western Sydney. And in 2012 completed Postgraduate Certificate in Neuromusculoskeletal Rehabilitation.

Nicholas has a range of special interests including spinal conditions, scoliosis, disc bulge, osteoarthritis and bursitis. He uses techniques of accu-presssure massage, dry needling and spinal joint manipulation.

Nicholas can provide treatment and support for most issues such as back, knee and heel pain, shoulder injury, headaches, carpal tunnel and repetitive strain injury. He can also provide exercise rehabilitation.

This service is available with a referral from your doctor.

Ling has over 15 years of experience in the public, private and community health settings. She works with individuals, couples and families. She has a passion for working with children and their parents to develop skills to have a better understanding of each other’s needs. Ling has an interest in trauma and has experience in providing trauma and grief counselling. Ling specialises in working with adult clients who have experienced depression, anxiety, addiction problems, anger and emotional issues, major life transitions and family violence.
