HotDoc Payments
Our clinic uses HotDoc Payments to securely process payments for your appointments booked online, over the phone, in person, or for other immediate payment requests. HotDoc Payments also offers added convenience for patients who prefer to book and pay online, including for online repeat scripts.
You may now also be prompted to enter your payment details into HotDoc when making your booking. This is secure and safe to use. No funds will be deducted until after your GP appointment. If bulk billed, no fee will be deducted.

This secure pre-consultation questionnaire lets your doctor spend more time with you during your appointment, discussing treatment options, answering your questions, and focusing on your health outcomes.
