Nirav has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree and Post Graduate Physiotherapy in Musculo-skeletal from University of Melbourne. Nirav has worked in acute and rehab hospitals across Australia, local Community Health Centres, in Disability sector, and as a private practitioner.

He has provided treatment to clients with sports/spinal injuries, neurological conditions like Stroke and Parkinson's, Chest Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation post surgeries and treatment and management of neck and lower back conditions.

As a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Nirav has extensive experience in working with clients with chronic and complex conditions.

Shima is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and member of Dietitians Australia (DA). Shima completed her Master of Dietetics from Monash University. She is passionate in helping patients with medical nutrition therapy. She is also practicing as an aged care and home care dietitian visiting clients in our community.

She provides dietary consultations in a range of areas, such as:​

  • Diabetes
  • Weight management
  • IBS and intolerances
  • Coeliac disease
  • Women’s health (e.g., menopause and PCOS)
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Nutrition for children and adolescents
  • Chronic disease management (e.g., high cholesterol and high blood pressure)
  • Eating disorders

Yvonne is currently on maternity leave until July 2023.

Yvonne is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is originally from Hong Kong and fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. With cross cultural sensitivity, she works well with people from a variety of cultures. She is passionate about providing individualised dietary advice to help people meet their nutritional requirements and achieve their health goals. She enjoys travelling, cooking, and trying new recipes. She loves sharing her passion for real food and motivating others to eat well and stay well.

Her areas of interest include:

• Diabetes (Impaired Glucose Tolerance, Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes)

• Food Allergies & Intolerances

Vivian holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Latrobe University, Melbourne. She is a registered member of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and the Australian Psychological Society.

Vivian has a strong ability to assess and apply different psychotherapeutic/counselling techniques to provide appropriate support to clients/patients including brief solution-focused therapies, CBT, interpersonal therapy, problem-solving, Mindfulness and psychodynamic therapies based on the individual needs of the patient/client. She has advanced clinical skills in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a full range of highly sensitive, complex and acute mental health issues from mild to severe mental disorders like anxiety and depression to severe debilitating psychopathology including personality disorders and patients with suicidal ideation.

Her areas of interest include Anxiety Disorders including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Phobias, Social anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depressive Disorders, Trauma & Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, mild to moderate Substance Abuse, Eating Disorders, Addictive Disorders, Sleep Disorders, Couples Counselling and complex deep-seated and long-standing issues.

Dr Hamid Ravanbod is a graduate of La Trobe University Melbourne. He has several postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in medical fields.

His services include all aspects of podiatry including sports Medicine, Orthotics, General nail and skincare, neurovascular assessment and foot and ankle surgeries.

Dr Ravanbod holds certifications from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and is registered with the Australian Podiatry Association. He is an affiliate member of the Australian College of Podiatric Surgeons and a full member of the Australian natural therapy association

Dr Woo is a Melbourne based Geriatrician and general medicine physician. He completed his specialist training at Alfred Health and Monash Health. He currently works fractionally with Monash Health.

Dr Woo’s areas of interest include acute general medicine, chronic complex disease management in adults, comprehensive geriatric assessments, cognitive impairment and dementia. He offers a compassionate and empathetic approach to patients with multiple complex health problems.

Dr Co graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2014. Her further training includes qualifying as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians as a Consultant Geriatrician in 2022, with a Graduate Certificate in Health Promotion (Curtin University) and a Clinical Diploma in Palliative Care (Royal Australasian College of Physicians).

Dr Co has varied experience in community-based and hospital medicine, in metropolitan Melbourne as well as in country Victoria. She trained at Bairnsdale Regional Health Service, Monash Health, and Alfred Health. Dr Co has experience working across many areas of Geriatric medicine, including Geriatric Evaluation and Management unit (GEM), GEM at Home, Residential In Reach, Aged Psychiatry, Palliative Care, Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS), Geriatric Consults; Falls, and Memory clinics. She is eager to assist patients achieve better health and quality of life holistically and as guided by the patient’s personal priorities in different stages of life. She is fluent in English and Tagalog (Filipino).

Dr Co’s special interests include: chronic disease management, provision of supportive care and optimising quality of life, de-prescribing and medication rationalisation, and coordinating with patients, their GP, and other specialist/s, as well as family supports to achieve the best health outcomes.
